^{Face à l’Oyapock, majestueux, large de 800m, vigoureux jusqu’à l’aval avec un dénivelé de 11m, les carbets offrent un espace unique pour la détente et le loisir.}

^{Les activités sur le fleuve : pirogues, kayaks, hydrospeeds, raft, baignade et plage, pêches des plus diverses.}

^{Les activités sur terre : 2 sentiers de découverte balisés (de 1h30 à 2h), découvertes de St-Georges, Tampac et Trois Palétuviers,d’ Oyapock et de l’Amapa vers l’aval et de Saut Kachiri,Villa Brasil et Camopi en amont.}

^{Après les travaux en cours (2004), Saut Maripa Loisirs vous accueillera en 10 carbets spacieux (43m2) réaménagés avec ouverture face au fleuve :}

^{- 5 avec climatisation et mezzanine pour 5 personnes, SDB, WC et kitchenette pour 20 € / pers.}

^{- 5 avec lits ou hamacs, SDB, WC et kitchenette jusqu’à 8 pers. pour 15 € / pers.}

^{- 1 lodge de 4 chambres pour groupes jusqu’à 20 pers. en hamacs pour10 € / pers.}

^{Séminaires. Cumul avec location de véhicule tourisme ou 4x4 possible depuis Rochambeau ou Cayenne.}

^{The most beautiful rapids of Guiana at the Guiana-Brazil border, accessible only by either a little forest walkway of 45 minutes from St-Georges or by a 30 minute pirogue ride.}

^{Facing the river Oyapock, widening to a breadth of 800 meters at her widest point and tapering off downstream to a mere 11 meters, the carbets offer an unique place for relaxation and leisure.}

^{Activities on the river : pirogue rides, kayaks, water-bikes, rafts, swimming, and fishing for exotic aquatic life.}

^{Activities on land : 2 well-maintained green walkways offering opportunities for excursions (1-2 hours), discover St-George, Tampac and the three Palétuviers of Oyapock and Amapa going downstream up to the Saut Kachiri, Villa Brazil and Camopi while coming upstream.}

^{After restoration in 2004, Saut Maripa now offers 10 spacious carbets (43m2) re-structured facing the river :}

^{- 5 with air-conditioner and mezzanine for 5 persons, with bath, toilet and kitchen facilities and a tariff of 20€ / person.}

^{- 5 with beds or hammocks, bath/toilet and kitchen facilities for up to 8 persons and a tariff of 15€ / person}

^{- 1 lodge of 4 rooms for groups up to 20 members in hammocks with a tariff of 10€ / person.}
